To cut a longer story short. I've just witnessed a bus driver reply to a blind woman's request to what number bus he was driving as 'IT'S ON THE FRONT OF THE BUS '
When she pointed out her clearly marked Guide Dog (she was wearing dark glasses ) he did say sorry., and improved his attitude. In short, Should he be driving at all. Let alone a bus which serves the old and weak of local community. ( 1 Moreton Circular )

Filthy buses,that look like they have never been cleaned,how you got the contracts on some bus routes i never know.You need to clean the inside of your buses on a regualar baises.Making your drivers and outside the bus look good,but inside the buses are filthy and dont look like they have been cleaned for months.

Well your company replaced stagecoach today... For the 91 bus... Birkenhead circular.... Your office has had plenty of time to plan... Your bus is old... Rusted... Taped on stop Bell... And needs a clean... What a disappointing first appearance in this route... Your driver didn't look happy either... Your company maybe dealing mainly with senior citizens on this route... But think we deserve better...

Driving to work this morning 07:12 at Deeside the 811 was nothing but aggressive as the two lanes merge A494 and A550. He was flashing lights and driving so close trying to intimidate me even joining the roundabout at the junction. For a further half mile even though I was a long way ahead he was flashing lights trying to intimidate me further. I have a full video of the issue wouldn't want my kids on this bus.
30 th November 2017 The 175 to Irby was delayed on its final journey today due an R.T.A on Downham Road North at 4:44pm your was professional and cared about this passengers. He ensure that we were dropped off a confinement point. I would to pass on my thanks to you driver.
